My participation in HIPEC MEXICO team starts from the patient's admission to the hospital, where I will make a previous visit to the surgery to know him, know his current state of health, if there are coexisting diseases, allergies or situations that may compromise his well-being during the surgery, and explain in detail what the anesthetic technique that individualizes each patient.
Later during the surgery, I will be in charge of continuously evaluating the patient's clinical status, monitoring his lung function, renal function, blood circulation, oxygenation, level of unconsciousness, strict control of body temperature, assessing blood transfusion, administering necessary liquids and ensure that vital signs are maintained in normal parameters.
At the end of the surgical procedure, I will accompany the patient during their stay and recovery in an intensive care unit, monitoring and preventing pain through intravenous infusion techniques of analgesics or regional blockages, in order to ensure that during their hospital stay it is kept as stable as possible and thus contribute to a better and faster recovery.
